Role Summary
We are building the training data and evaluation infrastructure that frontier AI labs use to train and improve their next-generation models. Partnering directly with leading AI research labs, we design high-signal datasets and rigorous, dynamic evaluations that go far beyond static benchmarks.
As a Software Engineer, you will join a lean,
high-velocity post-Series A team where individual contributors exercise direct, outsized impact. You will own end-to-end engineering initiatives across the stack, build platform infrastructure, and work directly with frontier labs—getting a firsthand look at model capabilities months before they hit the market.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Design, build, and scale core systems from day one, spanning full-stack features and platform infrastructure.
- AI Evaluation Systems: Build and optimize human-in-the-loop platforms, complex annotator workflows, and dynamic evaluation suites.
- Platform & Data Engineering: Architect scalable data pipelines, fraud detection mechanisms, and backend infrastructure capable of handling large-scale evaluation loads.
