The Associate Customer Specialist role supports the Canadian Training & Education organization by managing contract administration, payment processing, customer operations, and compliance-related activities involving Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
This position plays a critical role in ensuring contracts and payments are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies while collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners across the organization
This is a remote position based in Bogotá, Colombia, supporting stakeholders across Canada. Occasional travel may be required.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
· Receive and process requests to create contract records
· Partner with Legal on the creation and administration of Canadian Healthcare Professional consulting agreements and related contracts
· Process invoices, payment requests, and other billing requirements
· Perform audits and reviews of incoming requests and supporting documentation
· Coordinate with Compliance, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Accounts Payable, Vendor Master, and Training & Education teams to ensure timely execu
