The role.

Huge is looking for a Technology Lead to drive technical architecture and hands-on engineering execution from Colombia. In this role, you will define the technical vision, architecture, and team delivery for enterprise-grade web applications. You will partner closely with client leadership, cross-functional product and design teams, and engineering pods to build high-performance modern web solutions, establish best practices, and mentor engineers serving integral brands.





What you'll be doing.
- Define and drive end-to-end frontend architecture using component-driven development, design systems, monorepos, and modern deployment models.
- Oversee and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance web applications, leveraging Next.js, React, and Contentstack to deliver optimized SSR/SSG experiences.
- Integrate AI tools and methodologies into the software development lifecycle to accelerate engineering velocity, automate testing, and enhance code quality.
- Partner with design, strategy, and product leadership to translate Figma designs into accessible, pixel-perfect, and resilient enterprise applications.
- Mentor and guide engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical rigor, quality standards, continuous integration, and code quality.
- Serve as a trusted technical voice in client conversations, communicating complex architectural decisions clearly
