We are looking for a Middle Scrum Master to join our Project Delivery team and help software development teams work efficiently, stay aligned with project goals, and continuously improve the way they deliver value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in software development environments.
- 2+ years of experience leading or facilitating multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks, including Scrum roles, events, and artifacts.
- Experience with Jira and project management tools such as Notion, Confluence, or Trello.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from planning through delivery.
- Experience facilitating Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Strong skills in team facilitation, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution.
- Experience monitoring project metrics, risks, blockers, and deliverables.
- Strong continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work with Spanish- and English-speaking teams and stakeholders.
- English level B2 or higher.
- Knowledge of SAFe or other Agile frameworks is a plus.
