Marketing Associate

Location: Full-Time Remote
Salary: $1,500 USD per month
Schedule: 44 hours per week, Monday–Friday

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and organized Marketing Associate to support our marketing and business development efforts.

The idóneo candidate has experience with content creation, social media management, digital marketing, SEO, and outbound marketing. This role will contribute to building our online presence, engaging potential clients, and supporting campaigns that generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn
- Create professional and visually appealing marketing materials using Canva or other graphic design/editing tools
- Create and edit basic marketing videos, graphics, images, and other digital content
- Implement and support SEO strategies to improve online visibility and website performance
- Support website content updates and maintain accurate, engaging website information




- Execute outbound messaging and marketing cadences to engage prospective clients
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Monitor content and campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing channels
- Use AI tools and marketing technologies to improve content creation, research, productivity, and campaign execution
- Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives and business development activities

What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, SEO, and outbound marketing or messaging
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Experience using graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, editing, and marketing workflows
- Familiarity with websites and website content management, including updating pages, uploading content,
