Role Summary and Impact

As part of the General Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence who will:

Serve as a core partner to local Business Intelligence teams,



leading reporting deliverables and ensuring the quality and continuity of analytical workstreams.

Own the development, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards and data visualizations, ensuring their accuracy, functionality, and timely delivery.

Produce recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and campaign wrap-up reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.

Extract data from multiple media platforms and perform rigorous data hygiene, quality control, and validation.

Lead daily and weekly data quality assurance, investigating discrepancies and protecting the integrity of all reporting deliverables.

Ensure compliance with established data governance, taxonomy, and documentation requirements.

Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data Operations teams to integrate new data sources and reporting requirements, including parsing, benchmarking, mapping, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementation of fixes.
