Are you a senior paralegal with strong U.S. civil litigation experience and full English–Spanish fluency? This is a unique opportunity to work directly with leadership at a boutique litigation firm in Miami, owning cases end‑to‑end.
This is not a junior support role. We’re looking for someone autonomous, strategic, and litigation‑driven.

⚖️ Key Responsibilities
- ? Draft pleadings, motions, discovery & trial documents
- ? Legal research and litigation timelines
- ?️ Manage e‑filings, calendaring & case systems
- ? Client communication, intake & case updates
- ? Prepare hearings, depositions & trial materials





✅ Requirements
- ✔️ 5+ years in U.S. civil litigation (Florida preferred)
- ✔️ C1 / Fully bilingual English & Spanish
- ✔️ Strong drafting & procedural knowledge
- ✔️ Experience with e‑filing & case management tools
- ✔️ Independent, detail‑oriented & deadline‑driven
