The adecuado candidate will possess excellent active listening skills, empathy, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively. What you’ll be doing:
- Provide top-notch customer service to platform users, assisting with various inquiries and issues related to their accounts.
- Answer incoming interactions (Phone) from customers in the U.S.
- Address subscription-related concerns, including cancellations, changes, and any subscription issues, and tech support.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of services and products, staying up to date with new features and updates.

The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
- B2 English level.
- Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.




- Proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.
- Typing and Writing skills.

- Schedules:

TRN: Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 to 17:00 | 1 week training and 1 week nesting
OPS: 42 hours per week | 2 days off on week (fixed)
