We are building a nearshore implementation team in Colombia for a U.S. fintech client specializing in the private funds industry. You have 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting operations, and 1+ years working directly with private funds. You have a solid working knowledge of private fund structures, calculations, data, and workflows.

You're comfortable taking ownership of complex work and can work independently with the data, structures, workflows, and edge cases that come with private fund accounting without much oversight. You're energized by doing the work directly, including configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and working through complex data, rather than stepping back from it. When you hit an edge case, you dig in, weigh the options, and bring a solution. You're collaborative by nature, comfortable partnering across a cross-functional, cross-border team, and you give and take feedback well. Less experienced teammates naturally lean on you for guidance.
