PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The CRM Campaign Specialist supports the execution, quality assurance, and deployment of customer marketing campaigns across email, mobile push, SMS, in-app messaging, and other customer communication channels. Using MoEngage as the primary customer engagement platform, this role is responsible for configuring and executing email and push notification campaigns and customer journeys, validating audiences, and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of customer communications.

The adecuado candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable. They are naturally curious about customer behavior and marketing technology and are interested in understanding how customer communications support both business objectives and customer engagement. This role is well suited for someone with foundational experience in campaign execution or digital marketing who is looking to further develop their expertise in CRM marketing, audience segmentation, customer journey orchestration,



and personalization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Execution & Deployment
- Build, test, and deploy customer marketing campaigns across email, mobile push, SMS, in-app messaging, and other future customer communication channels.
- Configure customer journeys, campaign schedules, audience segments, and message content based on business requirements.
- Secure campaign approvals and ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor campaign deployments and assist with troubleshooting execution issues.
- Maintain campaign calendars and support the execution of daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc marketing initiatives.
- Support campaign execution across multiple customer engagement platforms as business and channel needs to evolve.
