Location: Work From Home – Bogota, Cali and Medellin
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM COT (Modified to 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM COT during Daylight Savings)
Salary: COP 1,800,000 – 3,000,000 /month (Based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of the Strategy Team, supporting rapid business growth and proposal production while enabling senior strategists to deliver high-level client campaigns. Your key tasks will include
- Building initial proposal decks and managing design updates (layouts, colors, calendars, GIFs) to match target brand guidelines.
- Sourcing and organizing sample creators/influencers using proprietary tools or manual research, and performing competitive analysis.
- Assisting in creative campaign ideation, gathering supporting data, and compiling case studies for strategic client pitches.
- Capturing detailed notes during internal and client meetings to align campaign deliverables across teams.
- Maintaining enablement resources, case study libraries, and mock-up reports, while tracking weekly social media and creator trends
