We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) to support the development and execution of brand and category strategies across the CCAM Cluster. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives, including innovation launches, business planning, consumer insights, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple markets.

As part of the Marketing team, you will partner closely with Brand Management, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Regional Studios, and other key stakeholders to drive brand growth and business performance.
In this role, you will:




- Analyze business performance and identify key growth drivers across categories and markets within the CCAM cluster.
- Generate actionable insights from market data, consumer trends, and share tracking studies.
- Support the development, execution, and monitoring of brand and demand creation plans aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Regional Studios and multifunctional teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate regional innovation and product launch projects, ensuring timely and flawless execution.
- Support implementation of regional PPA initiatives and local market opportunities.
- Assist in managing A&SP; budgets, monitoring investments, and coordinating accruals, reversals, and invoices with Finance.
- Participate actively in key planning processes including S&OP;, Quarterly Business Reviews, Budget Planning, and Long-Range Planning (LRP).
