About the Job
Kent is looking for a Designer I with advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and expertise in earthworks, the graphical representation of retaining structures, excavation, drainage, and the processing of topographic data to support our local projects.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of Plans, Drawings, and Diagrams: Prepare plans, drawings, and diagrams for each project by applying the relevant technical knowledge, codes, and standards established for each document, ensuring that client and project requirements are met within the deadlines established in the Detailed Work Schedule and in accordance with the quality and compliance standards defined in Kent's Value Proposition.
- Technical Support: Support discipline engineers in the preparation, review, enhancement, or expansion of commonly applied technical standards in accordance with company procedures and client requirements, helping optimize and facilitate project execution.
- Audit Support: Participate in addressing findings from internal audits, periodic inspections,
and/or non-conformance reports issued by the Quality Department, as requested by the immediate supervisor, supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the employee may be required to perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by their supervisor or management. These duties will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. This provision is intended to provide flexibility and adaptability to meet the organization's evolving operational needs. All assignments will take into consideration the employee's current workload and professional development.
