Our client is a licensed Colombian cannabis operator specializing in the cultivation, processing, and development of medical cannabis products, operating under international quality and regulatory standards. They are seeking a Quality Technical Director to join their team in a full-time, on-site position based in Tocancipá, Cundinamarca.

The adecuado candidate is a highly experienced and detail-oriented professional with strong technical and quality leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance within regulated industries. This role is critical to ensuring adherence to Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP) and European Union Good Manufacturing Practices (EU-GMP), as well as maintaining the integrity, quality, and traceability of all operations.

This position requires a proactive, solutions-oriented individual who thrives in a highly regulated and fast-paced environment, with the ability to interact effectively with regulatory authorities, auditors,



and cross-functional teams. Previous experience in the medical cannabis, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industries is required.

MUST HAVE quality assurance in regulated industries.

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for the company, ensuring that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory standards and established internal procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines applicable to the organization, including GACP, EU-GMP, quality control, and product traceability.
- Oversee the proper functioning of the Quality Assurance System, coordinating with the Quality Department to implement procedures, controls, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
