We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Strategist to join our Paid Media team. You’ll manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts, using data and testing to improve performance and help clients achieve their business goals.

What You’ll Do
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Develop paid search strategies based on client goals, target audiences, budgets, and performance objectives.
- Conduct keyword, search term, and competitor research.
- Manage bids, budgets, targeting, match types, negative keywords, and campaign structure.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve CTR, conversions, CPA/CPL, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency.




- Conduct A/B testing across ad copy, targeting, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy.
- Analyze performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and other reporting tools.
- Monitor conversion tracking and help troubleshoot measurement or attribution issues.
- Provide clear campaign updates, insights, and recommendations.
- Work closely with Account Managers and other internal teams to support client goals and satisfaction.
- Explain paid media performance and recommendations in a way that clients and non-specialists can easily understand.
- Stay current on Google Ads updates, automation, AI-driven advertising tools, and paid media best practices.
