Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Design Specialist to support the configuration, optimization, integration, and implementation of digital learning initiatives within a global Learning Management System (LMS) environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in LMS administration, APIs, data integrations, ETL, workflow automation, and application support. This role will collaborate with cross-functional business teams and external vendors to maintain a reliable, scalable, and efficient learning technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and optimize new LMS features and connected learning technologies.
- Manage and support LMS configurations, workflows, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Leverage ETL processes, Microsoft Power Automate, and other automation tools to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot APIs and data integrations between the LMS and enterprise applications.




- Partner with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure system reliability and seamless user experiences.
- Analyze system data, usage trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, global rollouts, and digital learning projects.
- Perform system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Provide technical support and resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot integration, configuration, workflow, and data-related issues and drive timely resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, process documentation, and system standards.
- Contribute to the ongoing design, enhancement, and evolution of the organization's general learning technology ecosystem.
