We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team and assist with supporting the finance & accounting department by managing the revenue recognition process (Operational and Analysis). The finance analyst would be a key employee in the team who will contribute to the overall operation of the department. The idóneo candidate will take ownership of billing, collections, and client financial relations,



and will drive revenue recognition process analysis while contributing to the overall operation of the accounting department.

Functional Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for all company revenue.
- Oversee accounts receivable portfolio management, executing proactive collections while maintaining a positive client experience.
- Conduct comprehensive revenue analysis to track financial performance, taking ownership of revenue variances versus forecast and Month-over-Month (MoM), and report findings to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, specifically regarding financial, billing, and payment inquiries.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and tools to create financial reports and presentations.
