What this role is about

As a Senior Finance & Operations Analyst,



you’ll work at the intersection of numbers and decisions. Your mission will be to build models, processes, and insights that help us understand our cost structure, forecast performance, and make strategic decisions with clarity.

You’ll be deeply involved in the company’s financial core — from tracking payments and invoices to supporting monthly close cycles and building models that predict gross margin and service-level profitability. You’ll also help ensure financial processes are running smoothly across all our key markets in Latin America, mapping invoices correctly, collaborating with local accountants, and flagging any issues proactively.

This is not a typical analyst role: you’ll be exposed to the company’s full financial reality and expected to drive impact through accuracy, resilience, and insight.
