Senior Business Systems Analyst, Partner Systems & Automation

About the Team

HubSpot's Partner Systems & Automation team builds the systems, automations, and integrations that power HubSpot's partner ecosystem — one of the most strategically important parts of the business, representing a significant share of HubSpot revenue. We work across HubSpot's internal CRM portals, Workato, ServiceNow, Snowflake, and a range of third-party systems, and we are actively expanding our use of AI-assisted workflows to move faster from problem identification to working solutions.

We identify problems, design solutions, build them, ship them, and own them. Our BSAs sit at the boundary between business operations and technical execution — close enough to the business to understand what matters, and technical enough to build it. We are looking for a Senior BSA who thinks like a builder, operates like an engineer, and communicates like a business partner.

In This Role, You'll Get To
- Take ownership of complex,



cross-functional automation and systems work across HubSpot's Solutions Partner program — one of the most mature and technically demanding parts of our partner ecosystem
- Identify inefficiencies and root causes across partner operations workflows, then design, build, test, and ship solutions
- Build and maintain integrations, automations, and data pipelines using Workato and HubSpot CRM, with SQL and REST APIs as standard tools of the trade
- Prototype AI-assisted workflows and automation agents, bringing them from idea to working implementation and iterating based on real usage data
- Scope work rigorously — define the problem, quantify the impact, propose the right-sized solution, and know when to prototype before committing to a full build
- Partner with stakeholders across Partner Operations, Partner Product, Engineering, Finance, and Analytics to translate business problems into technical solutions
