What you will do:
As a Mobile Software Developer, you’ll be an essential part of our International IT team. You’ll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions, primarily within the Nexus platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business stakeholders, and senior developers, to deliver scalable, maintainable, and robust applications.
- Design, build, and maintain the company's mobile application across the supported platforms (iOS, Android, or both)
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
- Translate designs, wireframes, and product requirements into functional features
- Implement and consume APIs to connect the app with backend services and third-party integrations
- Fix bugs, resolve crashes, and address performance and stability issues
- Monitor app performance and optimize speed, responsiveness, memory use, and battery consumption
- Write and run unit and integration tests to ensure reliability
- Keep the app current with new OS versions, device types, and platform requirements
- Manage the build, release, and deployment process to the App Store and Google Play
- Ensure compliance with App Store and Google Play submission guidelines and policies
- Handle versioning, rollouts, and post-release monitoring
- Work with product, design, QA, and backend teams to define and ship features
- Participate in code reviews, planning, and technical discussions
- Document technical decisions, architecture, and processes for the team
- Implement secure coding practices and protect user data
- Ensure the app meets relevant privacy and data-protection requirements
- Stay current on mobile development trends, tools, and frameworks
- Recommend improvements to the app's architecture, codebase, and user experience
