? What We're Looking For
✔ Advanced English level (written and spoken).
✔ Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
