TMF Group is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Automation Test Engineer to drive automation and functional testing initiatives across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Service Management Tools (SMT), Power Platform, and related web applications.
The role focuses on ensuring high-quality releases through robust test automation, manual testing, defect management, and collaboration within Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Functional Testing
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Test Dynamics 365 CRM, SMT solutions, Power Platform, and web applications.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Validate integrations between CRM, SMT, and connected systems.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure quality standards are met.
Quality Assurance & Collaboration
- QA methodologies, testing best practices, and test lifecycle management.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and defect triage.
