The Customer Success Analyst is an experienced insights and customer success professional with a passion for FMCG and creating compelling, data-driven analysis in a fast-paced commercial environment.
This role partners closely with the Leadership Team and cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategic content, identify growth opportunities, and improve the overall customer experience. The analyst combines advanced analytical capabilities with strong storytelling skills to translate complex market data into actionable recommendations that support prospecting, customer engagement, product evolution, and business growth.
The Customer Success Analyst also serves as a key contributor to internal initiatives, helping socialize product enhancements, improve data quality awareness, and represent the Voice of the Customer in product and hierarchy development discussions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Strategic Partnership
- Partner closely with the Leadership Team to prioritize, scope, and deliver high-impact analytical content that supports trade collateral,
prospecting activities, proposals, customer presentations, and joint business planning sessions.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand evolving business priorities and deliver timely, value-added insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor by translating business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
- Support the NIQ mission of becoming the preferred measurement partner through high-quality insight generation and customer-focused deliverables.
Advanced Data Analysis & Insight Development
- Analyze NIQ datasets and syndicated solutions to identify emerging consumption trends, shopper behaviors, market opportunities, and category dynamics.
