What will you do?
- Provide customer service through multichannel interactions.
- Assist customers with Windows and Microsoft Office-related inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate and effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot common issues related to Windows and Office products.
- Guide customers through technical processes in a clear and professional manner.
- Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and excellent customer orientation.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions and information in internal systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, typing, and performance indicators.





We are looking for people who:
- Have a B2 English and B2 Portuguese level.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong active listening and customer service skills.
- Have an affinity for technology and technical troubleshooting.
- Have previous knowledge or experience using Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Preferably have experience or studies in systems, programming, software development, or related fields.
- Are proactive, dynamic, and results-driven.
- Are comfortable providing technical support and assistance to customers.

Job Conditions
- Training Salary: COP $2,583,712 per month.
- Production Salary: COP $3,229,640 per month.
- Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract.
- Languages: English B2 / Portuguese B2.
- Work Modality: WAHÁ Bogotá.
- Work Schedule: Full-time – 42 hours per week.
- Bonus: Performance-based bonuses of up to 15% of salary.
