Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-driven, technical, and commercially minded Listing & Distribution Associate to own the technical health, channel connectivity, optimization, and presentation of our vacation rental portfolio across Airbnb, Vrbo, direct booking channels, and third-party distribution platforms.

In this seat, you will manage the full lifecycle of property listings—from initial PMS setup and channel mapping through ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and content optimization. Working closely with our Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams, you will act as the technical operator ensuring rates, availability, policies, fees, and property attributes synchronize flawlessly across Streamline PMS and Rentals United. Combining technical problem-solving with a digital merchandising mindset, you will continuously audit property channels, resolve API sync errors,



and craft conversion-focused listing copy to drive higher booking velocity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Connectivity, Integration & System Auditing

Technical Health Ownership: Oversee technical integration and inventory synchronization across the Property Management System (Streamline PMS), Channel Manager (Rentals United), direct booking website, and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).

Sync & Integration Troubleshooting: Identify root-cause integration failures, mapping errors, disconnected channels, rate discrepancies, and API bugs—resolving configuration issues or escalating to platform support teams when necessary.

Recurring Listing Auditing: Conduct regular portfolio-wide audits to spot missing content, suppressed listings, fee/tax push errors, duplicate listings, or synchronization flags affecting bookability.
