What you’ll be doing:

Provide top-notch customer service to platform users, assisting with various inquiries and issues related to their accounts.
Answer incoming interactions (Chat, phone, email) from customers in the U.S.
Address subscription-related concerns, including cancellations, changes, and any subscription issues, refunds.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of services and products, staying up to date with new features and updates.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
B2 English level.




Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.
Proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.
Typing and Writting skills.

40 hours per week
Schedules:
TRN: Tuesday to Saturday from 13:00 to 22:00 - 4 Weeks.
OPS: 11:00 – 20:30 | 2 days off on week (fixed)
Salary Training: COP $ 1,763.809
Salary Ops: COP $ 2,204,762
WAHA (Work at home)
