Your Daily Tasks
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Lead the annual budgeting process with cross-department collaboration
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, provide variance analysis, and deliver actionable insights
- Improve forecast accuracy and drive rolling forecasts
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks,
and opportunities
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leaders
- Recommend strategies to boost financial performance
- Collaborate with departments to gather and interpret KPIs
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes
- Ensure timely, accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Mandatory:
- Mastery in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in financial software
- Mastery level with Adaptive software
- Minimum 5 years proven and relevant experience with a track record of leading the budgeting and forecasting process, financial modeling, and data analysis
