Job Description:
We are seeking a Benefits QA Specialist to review and ensure the quality of processes related to benefits and payments. The individual will be responsible for identifying errors, ensuring procedural compliance, and collaborating with various teams to resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve processed requests, identifying potential discrepancies.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve issues.
- Document reviews, results, and case follow-ups.
- Maintain up-to-date trackers and reports in Smartsheet.
- Update process manuals and documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality control initiatives.
- Assist with additional tasks assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of Quality Assurance (QA) experience in a back-office environment.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- English proficiency (B2+ level).
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Experience working with US-based companies.
