We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Specialist II to join our client's team in the policy operations sector. In this role, you will contribute to troubleshooting for LATAM, specifically targeting Spanish-speaking countries, managing complex cases, and developing a playbook for the policy team.
Responsibilities
- Handle general escalations and troubleshooting from Policy SSSA and North Cone.
- Identify root causes and recognize trends in the troubleshooting process.
- Conduct an inventory of all links and emails, organizing information for effective visualization.
- Manage back-and-forth communication, understanding the broader context of situations to identify trends.
- Troubleshoot verification requests, access issues (hacks, 2FA, login), and WA integrity (hacking, impersonations, bans) without direct GSI POC support.
- Document to identify possible trends before they happen, allowing proactive action.
- Add internal value to resolved cases by understanding issues and accelerating resolution processes.
- Identify trends during elections, such as recurring user access issues due to bugs.
Requirements
- Experience in handling escalations and troubleshooting.
- Ability to identify root causes and recognize trends.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Experience in policy operations or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy or a related political field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with policy operations in Latin America.
- Familiarity with account verification processes and fraud prevention strategies.
