General Solutions, we are looking for a Marketing intern specialist to drive our
brand’s growth and engagement strategies. This role offers excellent

Location: Barranquilla, Colombia (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM
- 4:30 PM (U.S. summer) / 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (U.S. winter)
We seek motivated students currently pursuing degrees in:
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
- Marketing & Communications
- Finance & Accounting
- Technology (IT) & Systems
- Industrial Engineering & Operations

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in
digital marketing and content creation.
- English proficiency: B2-C1
(mandatory) – ability to create and manage content in English.




- Proficiency in Canva and video
editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of Email Marketing and
Copywriting in English to enhance brand communication.
- Knowledge managing social media
platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Understanding of paid ads (Meta Ads)
and SEO strategies (preferred but not required).
- Strong writing skills and the
ability to manage and engage with online communities.
