Role Summary
As the Brand Manager for the Andean region, you will drive marketing strategy and commercial execution for the Personal Care category to achieve financial and market share goals. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to lead impactful brand initiatives across multiple markets and shape the sub-category's strategic vision.
You will own the regional sub-category P&L; and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to translate regional strategy into local market success. The single primary objective of this role is to maximize sub-category growth, profitability, and market leadership across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy for marketing, media, communication, and go-to-market plans for sub-category initiatives and product launches.
- Own the regional sub-category P&L;, monitoring key performance indicators and driving margin improvement and portfolio simplification initiatives.
- Conduct monthly business reviews to evaluate competitive dynamics, identify market opportunities, and implement actionable growth plans.
- Partner closely with in-country Brand Development Managers to ensure seamless execution of global and regional strategies across local operations.
