Role
The Operations Associate will join Octus Global Covenants team in the Bogota office.
This is a client-facing role that offers early responsibility and exposure to Octus's clients and global teams. It will suit an enthusiastic, detail oriented individual who exercises good judgment, is eager to learn, and thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
The role is idóneo for someone interested in developing their career within financial services, legal operations, and/or financial data.
Responsibilities
- Fielding client queries for covenant analysis via email and tracking the status of queries across various Octus teams
- Ensuring strict adherence to compliance processes related to private documents and analysis on them
- Collaborating with our commercial team to provide excellent client service
- Maintaining internal reporting documentation
- Liaising with offshore data team and London/USA teams on workflow and data initiatives, when required
- Monitoring fixed income deal flow and compiling related documentation
