Role Summary and Impact

As part of the General Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Senior Associate, Business Intelligence who will:

Serve as a core partner to local Business Intelligence teams, supporting ongoing reporting, dashboard, data management,



and quality assurance needs.

Support the implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and issue resolution of paid media performance dashboards, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and responsiveness to feedback.

Produce recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and campaign wrap-up reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.

Extract data from multiple media platforms and perform data cleaning, hygiene, and quality control.

Conduct rigorous daily and weekly data quality assurance, investigating and resolving discrepancies across reporting deliverables.

Ensure compliance with established data governance and taxonomy requirements.

Support the onboarding and integration of new data sources, including parsing, benchmarking, mapping, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
