Role Summary and Impact

As part of the General Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence who will:

Partner with Business Intelligence, Investment, Planning, Media,



and Data Operations teams to improve marketing efficiency through accurate reporting products, dashboards, campaign measurement frameworks, and data-driven insights.

Provide cross-functional leadership as an individual contributor with no direct reports, coordinating reporting workstreams, promoting accountability, and guiding junior, senior, and offshore analysts when needed.

Lead the development and deployment of WPP Media reporting products and services across Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based dashboard environments.

Extract data from multiple media platforms and perform data hygiene, validation, and quality control using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker, in partnership with Data Operations.

Develop and maintain campaign measurement frameworks, including KPI alignment and performance benchmarks.

Own the development, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards and data visualizations, ensuring their accuracy, functionality, and timely delivery.
