Your Role
We are a dynamic and growing U.S. public accounting firm committed to delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients across various industries. With a strong focuson integrity, innovation,
and collaboration, we are expanding our international team andseeking a skilled Senior Audit Associate based in the Dominican Republic to join our auditpractice.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute audit engagements in accordance with U.S. GAAP / IFRS andPCAOB/GAAS standards.
Supervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing workpapers and providing feedback.
Perform risk assessments, substantive testing, and analytical procedures.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve audit issues.
Prepare financial statements and audit reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with firm policies and professional standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of audit experience, preferably with a U.S. public accounting firm.
