The Paralegal handles advanced legal support work, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing more complex legal documents. You will work closely with attorneys and teammates to manage litigation workflows, draft and organize filings, track deadlines, and help move cases forward efficiently and thoughtfully.

Federal Litigation Support
- Assist with drafting,



formatting, and proofreading pleadings, motions, declarations, exhibits, and briefs.
- Prepare and organize filings for U.S. federal courts (including CM/ECF support).
- Track deadlines, court orders, and litigation calendars with close attention to detail.
- Support discovery and evidence organization when applicable.

Case Management & Organization
- Maintain well-organized digital case files and exhibits.
- Ensure documents are labeled, filed, and version-controlled properly.
- Flag missing information, inconsistencies, or upcoming deadlines proactively.

Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with attorneys and team members across time zones.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Spanish, internally and with clients when needed.
- Ask thoughtful questions and raise issues early rather than waiting for problems to escalate.
