Role Summary
As the Digital & Analytics Expert Andina, you will lead advanced analytics initiatives and elevate foundational Business Intelligence capabilities across the Andean region. Sitting within the regional commercial organization,
this role drives business performance and profitability by translating complex customer insights and syndicated data into actionable strategic solutions. You will champion the regional Analytics Plan by automating workflows, building cutting-edge visualization tools (Domo, Sigma), and establishing federated Snowflake connections to eliminate manual processes. This is an exciting opportunity to serve as the key catalyst for data-driven decision-making and operational transformation across all Andean region channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead advanced analytics, segmentation modeling, and Business Intelligence strategy across commercial teams and regional leadership to directly influence business decisions and growth KPIs.
- Direct the monthly Sell-Out and Days of Inventory (DOI) reporting processes for direct and indirect channels, ensuring flawless data execution and strategic insights delivery.
