Job Description: A detail-oriented Senior P.O.L.O.



Associate will manage the purchase order process and related tasks associated with the PO lifecycle, on behalf of and in partnership with key sector stakeholders. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for coordinating PO lifecycle activities including purchase requisition creation, routing and approval; invoicing and payments support, ensuring that PRs/POs are processed efficiently and accurately. This role requires a high degree of customer care, maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Because this role supports stakeholders in North America and Latin America, fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
Major Tasks/Responsibilities:
- 40%: Conducts the day-to-day operations of POLO responsibilities; end-to-end PO lifecycle management, Accounts Payable, procurement operations and cross-functional capabilities involvement (where required), ensuring service
