We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our fast-growing Latin American team based in Barranquilla, Colombia. You'll build our market position by sourcing from mills, refineries and traders, developing new business opportunities and client relationships, and negotiating and closing deals across the region — starting with hands‑on training before taking the lead on expanding our presence in Colombia and Latin America. We're looking for someone self-driven and results-oriented, with strong networking, communication and negotiation skills, a sharp analytical mind, and the ability to work comfortably across different cultures and hierarchy levels.
