Monks is seeking a Hypercare Support Lead to own post-go-live support for SuiteProjects Pro (SPP) during the critical hypercare period after NAMER go-live in January 2027. You will triage issues, coordinate with the implementation partner RSM, and ensure data flows for a smooth first month-end close in February 2027.
This role requires hands-on PSA go-live experience, strong project-finance knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication across multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
