Tort Experts is seeking an Intake QA Coordinator to ensure accuracy and compliance across intake processes. The role involves auditing data, re-engaging unresponsive claimants, and supporting QA initiatives across platforms. Remote work with some evenings and weekends may be required.
Training will run Monday to Friday for 2–3 weeks. The idóneo candidate will have strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and proactive problem-solving skills to maintain intake quality and adherence to
