Role Summary and Impact
As a Senior Associate, Business Intelligence, you will serve as a core partner to local Business Intelligence teams, supporting ongoing reporting, dashboard, data management, and quality assurance needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Support the implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and issue resolution of paid media performance dashboards, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and responsiveness to feedback.




- Produce recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and campaign wrap-up reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
- Extract data from multiple media platforms and perform data cleaning, hygiene, and quality control.
- Conduct rigorous daily and weekly data quality assurance, investigating and resolving discrepancies across reporting deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with established data governance and taxonomy requirements.
- Support the onboarding and integration of new data sources, including parsing, benchmarking, mapping, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with Business Intelligence and Data Operations teams to implement fixes and resolve data integration issues.
- Support the intake and quality assurance of partner-provided performance data.
- Maintain accurate and current documentation of data processes, business logic, and workflows to promote consistency
