We are seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Bilingual Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our growing team.
Personal injury law firm experience is required for this position. Candidates must have a strong understanding of personal injury case workflows, medical records, insurance claims, client communication, and pre-litigation processes.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is also required,
including strong written and verbal communication skills.
This position is open exclusively to candidates located outside of the United States.
Position Overview
The Bilingual Personal Injury Legal Assistant will provide administrative and case support to attorneys, paralegals, and case managers handling personal injury matters.
The adecuado candidate will have hands‑on experience working in a personal injury law firm and understand the day‑to‑day processes involved in managing personal injury cases. This role requires excellent organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced remote environment.
The successful candidate will be proactive, dependable, resourceful, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with legal professionals supporting U.S.-based personal injury law firms.
