For our OnBoard Colombia – USA Support Office, we are seeking the following profile:
Position: Air Export Coordinator - USA
Purpose: Coordinate and manage international air export operations for the United States, ensuring shipments comply with customs requirements, international regulations, and service standards. Ensure efficiency in cargo handling, documentation, and English communication with customers, airlines, and agents in the United States (Required).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions within the logistics, freight forwarding, and U.S. market, with English proficiency.
- Knowledge of U.S. export regulations and customs requirements.




- Experience with air cargo booking systems and airline platforms and CargoWise.
- Knowledge of dangerous goods handling and regulations in the United States.

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience managing customers, shipments, and agents within the United States.
- Experience using CargoWise.
