Customer Service Representative

Salary Range: $1,200 to $1,500 per month

Join a growing healthcare services organization and take ownership of the new-patient intake process from first contact through authorization, onboarding, and care coordination. This role is adecuado for someone who communicates confidently, follows up persistently, solves problems independently, and wants to become a trusted part of a growing operations team.

What You'll Do:
- Own the new-patient intake pipeline and keep each case moving from initial contact through authorization, scheduling, and staffing.
- Follow up consistently with prospective families, track active leads, and make sure required follow-ups happen on schedule.
- Explain in-home services and professionally address questions or concerns from families considering other care options.
- Coordinate insurance authorization with billing and monitor cases through approval or denial.
- Once approved, coordinate scheduling and follow up internally to make sure clinical staff are assigned and services move forward.
- Communicate with families,



doctors, clinical staff, billing, and other stakeholders to gather missing information, resolve issues, and determine next steps.
- Participate in video onboarding meetings with families and clinical staff as a professional company representative.
- Use the company’s phone and text-messaging systems for outreach and follow-up.

Who You'll Work With:

Be an integral part of a growing healthcare services team, working closely with families, doctors, clinical supervisors, technicians, billing staff, and other internal stakeholders. You’ll serve as a central point of coordination, helping ensure each patient case progresses smoothly from initial inquiry through authorization, staffing, and onboarding.
