We’re looking for candidates with at least 6 months of call center experience.
We offer:
- COP $2,600,000 salary, a 42-hour work week, day and night shifts, an indefinite-term contract, and immediate hiring
- On top of your salary, you can receive surcharges, plus a COP $120,000 monthly performance bonus based on metrics.

- COP $100,000 monthly bonus through our company benefits platform, immediate medical appointments with no copay, a tenure bonus after completing your first year, and 2 balance days according to your assigned schedule.
