You will play a key role in attracting and selecting top talent, managing recruitment processes from start to finish, and supporting our employees throughout their journey with the company. You will work closely with clients, candidates, employees, and internal teams while also contributing to HR,



employee experience, culture, and employer branding initiatives. We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities while providing an excellent experience to both candidates and employees.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job intake and sourcing to selection, offer, and onboarding coordination.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, ATS platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
- Assess candidates based on technical experience, communication skills, cultural fit, and role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Maintain and develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
