- English C1 / Advanced (written and spoken)
- Strong experience with full-cycle accounting and accrual accounting
- Advanced knowledge of General Ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Experience with Accounts Receivable and month-end close processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Experience with multi-company financials and audits is a plus
- Sage Intacct and Prism HRP experience is a plus
- Manage General Ledger activities, accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Process Accounts Receivable transactions, invoicing, and payment applications
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Support month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and documentation
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve financial issues
- Help drive accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence
