About the Role
We are looking for a WAN Network Support Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise network environment spanning more than 500 locations across North America.
This role is focused on maintaining reliable WAN connectivity, troubleshooting network incidents and coordinating service restoration with internal technology teams, network providers, ISPs and onsite stakeholders.
You will work in a fast-paced network operations environment where strong technical troubleshooting,



incident ownership and clear communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor WAN connectivity, availability and performance across a large multi-site network environment.
- Troubleshoot WAN outages and connectivity issues using Cisco CLI and network diagnostic tools.
- Manage network incidents from initial detection through full service restoration.
- Support WAN technologies including MPLS, SD-WAN, DMVPN, Internet circuits, broadband and fiber.
- Coordinate troubleshooting and escalations with global IT teams, ISPs, telecommunications carriers and third-party network providers.
- Track incident progress and provide clear status updates throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Use network monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds/Orion and NetFlow to investigate outages, performance degradation and recurring issues.
