Regional Human Resources Coordinator | Bogotá, Colombia
We are looking for a Regional Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations across multiple countries and partner with employees, managers, and business leaders throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support core HR processes, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
- Serve as a key HR point of contact for employees and stakeholders across the region.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within Workday and other HRIS platforms.
- Coordinate HR processes, policies, compliance activities, and employee documentation.
- Collaborate with regional and general HR teams to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery.
- Support HR reporting, audits, and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience supporting regional or multinational HR operations.
- Advanced English proficiency and experience working with international stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and other HRIS platforms.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
